Christ The King Parish (CKP) is a branch of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Ankara, Türkiye. We provide a place where anyone can feel at home in God's presence. Our doors are open for all to come and experience the power of God and to grow alongside other believers of the gospel of Christ. We are a Bible-believing church, striving to live out with the Great Commission by preaching the gospel to the ends of the earth and making disciples of all nations. Matthew 28:19

Pastor & Pastor (Mrs) Shola Ogunjide

THE SHEPHERDS AFTER GOD’S HEART

Pastor Shola Ogunjide, the prophetic leader of CKP Parish since its inception in 2009, carries a priestly anointing marked by compassion, spiritual insight, and tireless dedication. His prophetic calling is evident in the way he ministers with precision and love, always in tune with God’s heart for His people. Beyond the pulpit, he goes out of his way to care for church members—checking on them regularly, sending daily prayers, and offering direct encouragement that makes each person feel seen, heard, and spiritually covered.

Beyond the altar, Pastor Ogunjide is a devoted husband and father of five. His personal life is as grounded as his spiritual one. Before relocating to Turkey, he served in the Nigerian military, bringing strength, discipline, and resilience into his pastoral and professional life. Now an instructor at the Graduate School of Education, Bilkent University, Ankara, he balances his academic role with his musical talents and human engagements, demonstrating that ministry is not confined to the church building, but lived out in every sphere.

Pastor Shola Ogunjide’s life weaves together prophecy, service, family, and leadership—forming a legacy that continues to impact countless lives both inside and beyond CKP Parish. In him, many find not just a prophet, but a present shepherd and a daily reflection of God’s heart.
